These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdgamer ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the bdgamer website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of bdgamer immediately and must not create or continue to hold an account on the Platform. Your continued access to or use of bdgamer after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. bdgamer reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page with a "Last Updated" date at the top.

These Terms apply to all users of bdgamer, including visitors who browse the platform without an account and registered players who access games, betting markets, promotions, and support services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdgamer.

Access to and participation in any game, betting market, bonus, or other real-money activity on bdgamer is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing bdgamer of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from bdgamer or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.

• You do not currently hold more than one (1) active account on bdgamer. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

bdgamer enforces a strict 18+ age verification policy. Age verification documentation — including a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued identity document — must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal from your account is processed. bdgamer reserves the right to request age verification at any point during your account's lifetime.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used for the deposit, after deducting any amounts that cannot be recovered from transaction fees. bdgamer will not honour any winnings generated by an underage player under any circumstances.

To access real-money games and betting markets on bdgamer, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration or at any subsequent point when updating your account details.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on bdgamer. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdgamer reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending or settled bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Legitimate winnings generated prior to the discovery of the duplicate account policy breach may be withheld at bdgamer's discretion pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdgamer strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your account, which is available at no cost from the account security settings panel. Any activity conducted via your account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified bdgamer support of a suspected unauthorised access event.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdgamer support immediately via live chat. bdgamer will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and may temporarily freeze the account during the investigation period. bdgamer accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their login credentials with a third party.

bdgamer supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC identity verification are eligible for higher transaction limits than unverified accounts.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdgamer wallet balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or due to temporary service interruptions at the payment provider's end. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, players should contact bdgamer support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdgamer's payments team during operating hours of 08:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted within these hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before 20:00 BST. Requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The first withdrawal from any account will require submission and approval of KYC documentation (National ID card, passport, or equivalent). Subsequent withdrawals do not require repeated document submission unless requested by bdgamer's compliance team. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

• Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet used for at least one real-money wager.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must be converted to withdrawable cash by meeting the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can include bonus-derived winnings.
• bdgamer reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals requested during scheduled platform maintenance windows may experience additional processing delays.

bdgamer offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all bdgamer promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering requirements: The majority of bonus offers on bdgamer carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Teen Patti Live) contribute 10% of each wager. Sports bets, crash games (including Aviator and Win Drop), and fishing games contribute at the rate specified in each promotion's individual terms. bdgamer reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates at any time with reasonable notice.

Bonus eligibility: Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Players who are found to be creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-derived balances forfeited. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time registered players only and cannot be re-claimed after the initial claim.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry date from the time they are credited to a player's account. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds expire after 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry conditions associated with any bonus they accept.

By using bdgamer, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false identity information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on bdgamer, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, pricing errors in betting markets, or any technical fault in a manner that results in financial gain for the player. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live poker or live table game environments, to gain an advantage over the house or over other players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including cycling deposited funds through the cashier without genuine gameplay for the purpose of withdrawing via a different payment method.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct toward bdgamer support staff or other players in any live game chat or communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the security of the bdgamer platform, its servers, databases, or any underlying technology.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

bdgamer reserves the right to investigate any account or pattern of activity that it deems suspicious or potentially in violation of these Terms. During an active investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended and pending withdrawals held until the investigation is concluded. The outcome of such an investigation is final at bdgamer's reasonable discretion, subject to applicable dispute resolution provisions.

All content displayed on the bdgamer website and Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, page layouts, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of bdgamer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bdgamer name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks of the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdgamer Platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bdgamer.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any element of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the bdgamer name, logo, or brand identity in any external communication, advertisement, or publication without express written authorisation.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform by automated or manual means for commercial or non-personal purposes.

Game content available on the bdgamer Platform — including slots, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces — is provided under licence from the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers, and players may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content outside of the Platform context.

Any breach of the intellectual property provisions in this section may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgamer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.

bdgamer makes no warranty or representation — express or implied — that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party payment processor outages, and external internet infrastructure issues may cause temporary service unavailability for which bdgamer accepts no liability beyond reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, bdgamer's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the law of that jurisdiction. In all other cases, bdgamer's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that wagering real money on games or sports markets is undertaken entirely at your own risk. bdgamer provides a platform through which games and markets are accessible — it does not guarantee any particular outcome, return to player rate, or winning result on any individual game or betting market.
